Direct-to-consumer brands transformed the way customers and brands engage with each other. Armadio positioned itself as the Warby Parker of Italian leather goods by providing consumers in the US with handmade Italian leather luxury goods directly from the artisans in the Tuscany region.

Union and Armadio’s leadership put it’s collective energies together to develop Armadio’s digital ecosystem and go-to-market strategy. Armadio entered the Y Combinator accelerator program and quickly gained traction. Armed with an arsenal of dynamic content, experiential events, press reviews, and aggressive digital marketing all contributed in building a loyal brand following.
